  18. I've to make a program that will need access to a Personal Oracle 7 database,
  19. my doubt is about the programming tool.
  20. I'm experienced with Oracle Forms 4.5 and its very easy programming with it,
  21. but I dont have enough HW requirements to get an acceptable performance with
  22. it.
  23. BC++ 4.52 or BC++ 5.0 have any class library to access easyly to Personal
  24. Oracle 7. Is there any book about it ?
